Under this campaign, Jaipur West Police has taken major action against cyber thugs. Police have arrested 30 cyber thugs from Jaipur West. Police have seized a large number of items including computers, checkbooks, passbooks, ATM cards, and laptops from them.

As Rajasthan becomes a hub of cyber fraud, the police have started a cyber shield campaign in the entire state regarding cyber fraud incidents in Rajasthan. Under this campaign, police take major action against the goons occasionally. One such case has come to light from Jaipur West. By taking action here, the police have arrested 30 evil cyber thugs, including two minors. The police had been receiving complaints of online fraud for a long time.

Based on these complaints, a joint team of police conducted an investigation in Bindayaka, Kalwad, Harmada, and other areas. Through the action, the police have exposed fake call centers and online betting businesses. A police investigation has revealed that the arrested accused were ensnaring people in their net by defrauding them in various ways. The accused have said that they have defrauded people of Rs 30 crore so far.
Hundreds of accounts were created to commit fraud
Giving information about the case, Jaipur Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph said that the arrested criminals were involved in the fraud business by forming different gangs. These people had set up their offices in residential areas. A preliminary investigation by the police has revealed that the accused had created hundreds of accounts to borrow the fraudulent amount.
During the raid by a joint team of police, another accused was also been arrested, who was cheating people by posing as a Baba by wearing a fake beard and mustache and improving their future. The police have arrested the accused and are investigating further in this case.
