CERT-In Designated as Cyber Forensic Laboratory Authorized as an ‘Examiner of Electronic Evidence’
The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), has been notified as the country’s first Cyber Forensic Laboratory under the Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000.
